Now that we have been consistently hosting our 10 AM morning networking room on Clubhouse for 2 years, we are starting to experiment with different formats.
One of the strategies we have been testing is a theme for every day with a focus on social platforms. The goal is to not only network, but also supply value to our community while we are together for that one hour every day.
Mondays are for goal setting and Instagram tips, Tuesdays are for Twitter, Wednesdays are for LinkedIn, TikTok Thursdays and Fridays are now for Facebook.
Our most recent space this Friday on Clubhouse was chock full of some great tips and hacks that we use to increase our engagement.
Nando Rodriguez, our favorite Breakthrough Life Coach, shared how he proactively boosts his own engagement by being intentional about his own participation on the platform.
According to Nando, who likes to remind us that we forget the simple reality that social platforms are for us to “be social”, tells us to do the following:
- Navigate to your friends list and order them alphabetically. Listen to the replay to find out how to do just that.
- Spend an hour each day engaging with those people’s content.
- Review your posts and see the upward trend of engagement that results from doing this.
After a couple of weeks, all of us in the Friday networking room have seen a boost from this strategy and some are even gaining new clients with this new visibility!
Give it a listen and let us know what you think about the Facebook networking tips we shared in the comments!

I love this guide. We’re all so busy looking at algorithms that we forget the importance of real interaction.
I have to go check this out. Clubhouse is the one place that I haven’t had as much success with.
This is such a smart idea! Engaging is definitely a necessity when it comes to social media, although it does take time.
Yes, we tend to forget the “social” part of social media and just focus on the media.
Oh wow I will have to check this out!
Of all the things I need to improve on with my social media for my blog, it’s engagement. I need all the advice I can get, and this certainly helps.
We all need help with our socials. It just moves too fast for anyone to keep up.
What a wonderful sense of community. Congrats on 2 years.
Thanks Rosey! We are always humbled that folks are here and contributing to our mission.
Wow, congrats on the consistency. It is one of the keys to success in marketing.
Facebook has become a complete mystery to me! I need to take on board the advice about engaging with other people’s content as I have become really lazy about this.
These Facebook tips are really great. Loved it.
I haven’t looked into my Facebook friends for ages. I will definitely navigate through and check them out.

This sounds like a great way to boost engagement. I’ll have to try this!
Hihi….Nando has spoken my mind! We must never forget that we must be social on social media! Without that, we are better logging out.
I learn something new and good here. Great sharing!
